A Concrete House With Many Levels by BAK Arquitectos – Design Milk
These beautiful lines and patterns in the concrete aren’t created by pieces or strips of concrete, it’s achieved by the casting method used in the mold. BAK used this technique through out the exterior and interior of the house.
The warm wood and the concrete makes a stunning combination here in the entry.
The floor to ceiling windows that span the length of the room let in light and nature.
The open floor plan provides cohesion and the split level gives the space some separation.
Red accents, such as the pendant lights above the dining table, are a nice contrast to all the green coming in through the windows.
Love the polished concrete floors.
The built in shelves, headboard, and fireplace support the simplicity and beauty of the space.
What do you think of concrete being used in this way?
